About this Project
The scope of work consisted of the complete supply and installation of the Building & Energy Management System. Austec is utilising a complete, RELIABLE CONTROLS solution for the BMS and our in-house developed energy management platform for monitoring and analytics.
One of the critical requirements for the project is the gallery area’s require a AA rating of all temperature, humidity and CO2 monitoring devices (which is the most stringent level of monitoring in the ASHRAE Handbook on HVAC Applications).
The web-based graphics are connected to the site-wide BEMS for the CITY of GOLD COAST, which is also supplied and maintained by Austec for centralised access by CoGC personnel (see the City of Gold Coast project for further information).
