Our BMS Projects and Maintenance contracts with Stadiums Queensland, is a partnership that began in 2015. It covers key venues like the Queensland Sport & Athletics Centre and Sleeman Sports Complex, which includes the Anna Meares Velodrome, Chandler Theatre and Brisbane Aquatic Centre.

About this Project
Over the past decade, we’ve successfully upgraded all existing BMS equipment across the Sporting Complex with Reliable Controls BMS systems, implemented energy-saving strategies such as Peak Demand Control and VSD for AHU fans, and integrated energy meters for enhanced monitoring and efficiency.
At the Brisbane Aquatic Centre, we optimised energy use while maintaining comfort and operational reliability. We also ensured secure cloud-based connectivity for real-time energy tracking.
As these venues prepare for increased global attention during the 2032 Olympics, our ongoing support will ensure their continued operational excellence, energy efficiency, and seamless functionality.
