About this Project
The range of work consisted of the complete supply and installation of the Building & Energy Management System. The building utilises a central chilled water plant to distribute chilled water to apartments, ground floor retail and common areas.
A total of 320 thermal energy meters were connected to the Austec energy management system for the generation of monthly usage reports which are automatically sent to the billing agent.
The building has a 5 level basement car park where atmospheric conditions are monitored by 32 Carbon Monoxide sensors and maintained using multiple Supply/Exhaust fans.
