369 Ann Street is a typical circa 1980’s commercial high rise. The exceptional growth in Queensland over recent years has increased the need for higher class CBD office space.
369 Ann Street (given its age) required a complete retrofit of building services of which Austec were the selected BMS installer.
The project was completed over a very short period with Austec completing the supply, design, installation and commissioning within a 10 week timeframe.
