Tower 2 of the City Central precinct is a landmark 13 storey commercial building located on the corner of King William Street and Waymouth Street.
The building utilises the latest ESD technology and has been designed to achieve a Five Star Green Star Rating as well as a Five Star NABERs energy rating.
Features include chilled beams for cooling, low water use fixtures and low energy use lighting.
All systems are controlled and monitored by the Building Management System and designed and installed by Austec Building Automation.
